Opening Sequence by Kim

For our final piece we took aspects from different films to construct something that played on 'typical' aspcts of films however with a new and fresh look. For the main body of the short, we film at Richmond Park. For this, we initially looked at Sleepy Hollow, directed by Tim Burton in 1999. Sleepy Hollow is about the headless horseman, and naturally has an eerie, dark and sinister setting. We took the idea of woodland and trees to refect isolation, the contrasting relationship between man and nature (played out by the actor), and for the visual effect.
